The downloadable data includes the following data types:

A xml link to meta-information and URL to download each of the LCM microarray files.

Downloadable archive files containing all normalized LCM microarray expression values for each brain as well as probe and sample metadata necessary for analysis.

DNA microarray data from five major brain regions (medial prefrontal cortex, primary visual cortex, hippocampus, amygdala and ventral striatum). Each area was assayed in triplicate in male animals at four postnatal developmental stages including 0, 3, 12 and 48 months using Affymetrix GeneChip Rhesus Macaque Genome Arrays. The microarray files are available for download in Affymetrix .CEL format at http://download.alleninstitute.org:80/nhp/ along with the accompanying microarray sample key.

A link to a MRI zip file, containing the DICOM for the specimen used for the ISH data generated serially across a complete hemisphere from adult rhesus macaque.
